There are so many people hurting and looking for a way to make their life worth living, so I felt that I had to share some of the things I learned in my DBT classes, in hopes that it might even just touch one heart and life, and change it for the better. This will have to be a series of articles to deal with the various things Ive learned, I hope it is helpful to many people.
