RULE 1: REMEMBER WE ARE ALL HUMANS
Do unto others as you'd have others do unto you. Imagine how you'd feel if you were in the other person's shoes. Stand up for yourself, but try not to hurt people's feelings.
When we communicate electronically, all we see is a computer screen which is incapable of showing our facial expressions or gestures no mater how many emoticons we use in a comment to explain our current emotion
